Job summary

Armacell in Środa Śląska is seeking a Quality Specialist to maintain and improve the integrated ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems and lead internal audits. You will verify product and process compliance and drive CAPAs across the site.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in chemical technology, chemistry or related technical discipline.
• Minimum three years’ experience in manufacturing quality, QA or laboratory testing.
• Practical knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management systems and audits.
• Experience applying quality tools such as 5 Why, Ishikawa, 8D and FMEA.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting quality and testing data.
• Proficiency in standard office software and working knowledge of SAP or AIMS.
• Advanced written and spoken English in an international business environment.
• Internal auditor qualification and knowledge of SPC, MSA, Lean or Six Sigma advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and continuously improve the integrated ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 management system.
• Manage controlled quality and environmental documentation, including procedures, instructions and records.
• Conduct internal audits and drive corrective and preventive actions across the site.
• Coordinate certification, surveillance and customer audits, ensuring audit readiness and compliance.
• Verify product and process compliance against specifications, regulatory requirements and market standards.
• Analyse laboratory, raw-material and process quality data to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Lead customer and supplier complaint investigations using structured root-cause analysis methods.
• Support new products, technologies and raw-material introductions through FMEA, control plans and system approvals.
