Job summary

Armacell in Wrocław, Poland, is seeking a sourcing professional to lead regional sourcing across EMEA, aligning demand with supply, and driving supplier performance. This role offers a hybrid work model and a direct impact on business outcomes.

You will manage RFI/RFP processes, negotiate contracts, and develop KPIs while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Fluent English, SAP experience, and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or a comparable commercial role.
• Experience within manufacturing & supply chain management environments.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing and procurement processes and best practices.
• Proven experience in supplier selection, competitive bidding, and contract negotiations.
• Proficiency in SAP and the ability to analyse commercial and supplier performance data.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English and willing to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional sourcing strategies for assigned product categories
• Align consolidated business demand with commercial, quality, service, and supply requirements
• Lead supplier selection, evaluation, and development activities across the EMEA region
• Manage RFI and RFP processes and negotiate commercial agreements with suppliers
• Consolidate current and future requirements from multiple sites and stakeholders
• Negotiate and manage supplier contracts, renewals, rebates, and contractual amendments
• Define supplier performance KPIs, monitor results, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Provide forecasting, reporting, savings analyses, and supplier risk assessments to support business decisions
