Job summary

Infolet in Kraków is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accounts Payable Controller to support daily accounts payable operations in an international environment. You will process supplier invoices, maintain financial records, and liaise with vendors and internal stakeholders.

This role offers hands-on experience in AP processes and potential growth within finance and accounting. The position is hybrid (2 days in office, 3 days remote) and focuses on accuracy, timely reporting, and collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Verify and process supplier invoices in line with internal procedures.
• Enter and maintain invoice data accurately within financial systems.
• Communicate professionally with suppliers regarding invoice status, payments, and inquiries.
• Prepare and perform supplier account reconciliations.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies, reminders, complaints, and payment-related queries.
• Provide timely updates to internal stakeholders on payment statuses.
• Support month-end closing activities and related reporting tasks.
• Prepare weekly progress updates and ad hoc statistical reports.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial information and documentation.
• Provide backup support for team members when required.
• Perform other accounts payable tasks assigned by the supervisor.
