Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the dunning process for German-speaking customers.
• Handle incoming queries via email and phone promptly and professionally.
• Perform open items analysis and monitor outstanding receivables.
• Respond to and resolve client queries efficiently.
• Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
• Maintain communication and relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
• Prepare and maintain SOPs.

Job description

• A few months of accounting experience would be an advantage, preferably in Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Very good German and English (minimum B2) – essential for client communication purposes
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Strong problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to understand the bigger picture while maintaining a strong focus on data accuracy and analysis
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, including ad hoc assignments
• Customer-oriented approach with a proactive attitude
• Ability to work effectively under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Managing the dunning process for German-speaking customers
• Handling incoming queries via email and phone in a timely and professional manner

• Maintaining effective communication and building professional relationships with customers, suppliers, and colleagues
