Job summary

Amadeus is seeking a Junior Accountant with French to join our Accounts Payable team. You will process invoices, engage with vendors, and collaborate with purchasing while preparing payment proposals. The role involves validating invoices against PR/PO/GR and entering data into systems in line with accounting policies.

The ideal candidate has a Finance/Accounting background, early AP experience, and strong English and French language skills. Familiarity with Coupa or SAP S/4HANA is a plus.

Qualifications

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.
• First experience in accounts payable, accounting, or transactional purchasing.
• Good understanding of procurement, invoicing, and supplier information management processes.
• Experience with Coupa or any other purchasing tool would be an asset.
• Knowledge of SAP (S4 Hana) would be an asset.
• Very good English and French.
