Daftcode is seeking a Junior Account Support Specialist (with Russian) to join our team in a hybrid setup from our Warsaw office. The role blends operational tasks with a strong emphasis on customer experience, requiring English and Russian fluency and Polish at B2 level.

You will analyze data, resolve issues, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance our products and services. We welcome final-year students who want to start part-time and transition to full-time after graduation.

Responsibilities

• Customer support via multiple channels (telegram, email, tickets).
• Monitor customers’ performance metrics daily (acceptance rate, decline reasons, refund ratio, chargeback ratio).
• Report issues to relevant teams and communicate updates to customers.
• Inform customers about new features, fixes, and products.
• Analyze transaction decline reasons and propose solutions to customers.
• Gather customer feedback and collaborate with internal teams to improve services.
• Proactively resolve and report issues.

Junior Account Support Specialist (with Russian)

The company offers its startups tech and business support, which facilitates market launch and growth of new companies. Daftcode works with individual startup founders, early-stage projects and existing startups looking for financing rounds or support in commercialization and business scaling.

We’re growing our team and looking for a proactiveJunior Account Support Specialistto join our team.

This role combines operational skills with a strong focus on customer experience. We’re searching for someone who not only solves problems efficiently but also enjoys analyzing data, communicating solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to improve our products and services. We are working in a hybrid model from our office in Warsaw, which provides the core environment for our work. However, we have the flexibility to work remotely 2 days a week.We’re also open to final-year students who want to start out part-time and then switch to full-time once they graduate. This position may require occasional business trips to conferences in Poland and abroad.

Your responsibilities:

• Customer support via various channels, including telegram, email, tickets, etc.
• Daily Monitoring of customers’ performance (acceptance rate, decline reasons, refund ratio, chargeback ratio, etc).
• Report issues to the relevant teams.
• Deliver information about new features/fixes/products to the customers.
• Analyzing decline reasons of transactions and providing solutions to the customers.
• Gather feedback from customers and collaborate with internal teams to enhance the company’s services and performance.
• Proactive resolution and reporting of issues.
• Fluent in English and Russian, both spoken and written.
• Polish language proficiency at B2 level.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Initiative and curiosity to ask questions and actively seek solutions.
• A team-oriented mindset and a collaborative approach to daily work.
