Job summary

Mysushishop is seeking a dedicated professional to drive accurate job descriptions across the organization, working with department heads and HR to understand requirements and ensure alignment with KPIs and standards.

You will standardize descriptions, maintain the database, and support managers in developing and updating roles, while leading related initiatives to timely completion.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Diligence, attention to details and digital acumen.
• Ability to plan and manage work.
• Experience in working in an international environment.
