Job summary

Luxoft is seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer to join an agile team rewriting an enterprise platform. You will design and implement scalable Java applications using Java 11+, Spring Boot, and modern cloud-native patterns.

As a team lead, you will mentor developers, conduct code reviews, and collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps to deliver reliable software. The role requires strong testing, Docker/Kubernetes experience, and a proactive, collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Team lead experience 3+ years.
• 10+ years of Java (Java 11+).
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot.
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Familiarity with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Hands-on Docker, Kubernetes and cloud platforms.
• Solid testing skills (JUnit, Mockito).
• Ability to mentor others and work in Agile teams.
