Job summary

Luxoft Germany is seeking an experienced Java Lead to join an Agile team focused on rewriting an enterprise platform using Angular, Java, and Spring. You will mentor developers, drive architectural decisions, and deliver scalable backend services.

Responsibilities include leading the team, designing and developing Java applications, and collaborating with product, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure performance and reliability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of team lead experience.
• 10+ years of Java experience (Java 11+).
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot.
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Familiarity with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes and cloud platforms.
• Solid testing skills (JUnit, Mockito).
• Ability to mentor others and work in Agile teams.
