Luxoft in Warsaw is seeking a Senior Java Lead to join an Agile team rewriting an enterprise platform using Angular, Java, and Spring. You will help design a modern architecture and deliver a faster, more stable, scalable solution.

You will lead the team, mentor developers, participate in architecture decisions, and ensure code quality and performance. Collaboration with product, QA and DevOps is essential, and you will drive reviews and production issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in team leadership.
• 10+ years of Java experience (Java 11+).
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot.
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Familiarity with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
• Solid testing skills (JUnit, Mockito).
• Ability to mentor others and work in Agile teams.

We are rewriting an existing enterprise platform that supports critical business operations. The new system is being built with Angular, Java, and Spring. You will join an Agile team focused on designing a modern architecture and delivering a faster, more stable, and scalable solution.

• Lead the team
