Job summary

Luxoft Poland is rewriting an existing enterprise platform that supports critical business operations. The new system is built with Angular, Java, and Spring. You will join an Agile team focused on architecture and delivering a faster, more scalable solution.

Lead the team, design and develop scalable Java applications, write clean, testable code, participate in architecture decisions, mentor juniors, optimize performance, and collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams.

Qualifications

• Team lead experience 3+ years.
• 10+ years of Java experience (Java 11+).
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot.
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Familiarity with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
• Solid testing skills (JUnit, Mockito).
• Ability to mentor others and work in Agile teams.

Lead the team

Design and develop scalable Java application

Write clean, testable, and maintainable code

Participate in architecture and technical decisions

Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers

Optimize application performance and reliability

Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues

Mandatory Skills Description:

Team lead experience 3+ years

10+ years of Java experience (Java 11+)
