Job summary

Luxoft Poland is rewriting an enterprise platform using Angular, Java, and Spring. You will join an Agile team focused on designing a modern architecture and delivering a faster, more stable, and scalable solution.

Responsibilities include leading the team, designing and developing scalable Java applications, writing clean code, taking part in architecture decisions, and mentoring junior developers to raise delivery standards.

Qualifications

• Team lead experience of 3+ years.
• 10+ years of Java experience (Java 11+).
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot.
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Familiarity with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
• Solid testing skills (JUnit, Mockito).
• Ability to mentor others and work in Agile teams.
