The role offers a hybrid working model with in-office days and remote support, aiming for high CSAT and fast resolutions while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver digital-first customer support via Intercom across product and markets
• Maintain high productivity and quality targets with CSAT focus
• Collaborate with local and global teams to ensure seamless customer journeys
• Escalate appropriately to senior colleagues when needed
• Contribute to training materials and process documentation
