Job summary

BELVEDERE in Kraków seeks an IT Project Controller to support a 6-month transformation programme. You will lead financial controlling for IT build-up, budgeting, cost tracking and reporting, collaborating with IT, Finance and Procurement to ensure transparency across project costs.

This hands-on role requires 6-8 years in project management or IT controlling, strong English, and a proactive mindset to help establish a new standalone organisation.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years' experience in project management or IT controlling.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and cost-tracking skills.
• Experience with CAPEX/OPEX and project-related financial commitments.
• Knowledge of PO, invoicing and accruals processes.
• Ability to analyze variances and present financial reports.
• Excellent stakeholder management across IT, Finance and Procurement.
• Proficient in financial analysis and reporting tools.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Support financial controlling of IT build-up and transformation projects.
• Assist project managers with budget planning, forecasting and cost tracking.
• Monitor project budgets, actual costs, purchase orders and commitments.
• Prepare regular project controlling reports and management overviews.
• Identify variances between budget, forecast and actuals; support corrective actions.
• Support accruals and period-end closing activities.
• Collaborate with IT Project Managers, Finance and Procurement.
• Contribute to establishing IT controlling processes and reporting structures.
