Job summary

Qualifications

Role Name: IT Project Controller / Financial Project Manager

Location: Wroclaw, Poland

Must Have Skills

• 6 to 8 years of solid experience in IT controlling, project financial controlling, or project management focusing on IT build-up and transformation initiatives
• Proven expertise in project budget management, financial forecasting, variance analysis, and actual cost tracking across multi-workstream programs
• Hands-on proficiency with CAPEX/OPEX tracking, purchase order processing, invoice validation, commitments, and period-end accruals
• Direct experience in standalone organizational setup, carve-outs, or large-scale enterprise IT/SAP transformation projects
• Strong capability in identifying financial risks, cost deviations, and establishing robust reporting structures for management overviews
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and enterprise reporting/ERP tools (e.g., SAP, project management finance software)
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to interface effectively across IT Project Managers, Finance, and Procurement teams
