Job summary

Mpower Plus Global Ltd in Wroclaw, Poland seeks an IT Project Controller / Financial Project Manager with 6–8 years in IT controlling or project management. You will manage budgets, forecasts, and cost tracking across multi-workstream IT initiatives, including SAP transformations, and coordinate with Finance and Procurement teams.

The role requires strong Excel modeling, ERP tool experience, and solid stakeholder communication to surface risks and drive robust reporting for senior management.

Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years of IT controlling or IT project management experience.
• Experience in budget management, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost tracking.
• Hands-on CAPEX/OPEX tracking, PO processing, invoice validation, accruals.
• Experience with standalone setups, carve-outs, or large SAP IT transformations.
• Ability to identify financial risks and establish robust reporting for management.
• Strong Excel modeling and ERP reporting software proficiency.
