Merck Group in Wrocław is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of key Finance and Procurement technology initiatives, collaborating with global stakeholders to translate business objectives into actionable plans and ensure successful go-lives.

You will manage budgets, monitor risks, oversee governance and vendor activities, and guide teams through cutover, testing, and hypercare while driving digital transformation and measurable value.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business Administration, Finance.
• 5+ years of hands-on IT project management experience.
• Proven track record delivering Finance or Procurement transformation projects.
• Deep functional understanding of core processes such as S2P, P2P, R2R, O2C, or Treasury.
• Demonstrated expertise in project governance, risk mitigation, and financial budget tracking.
• Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and vendor coordination capabilities.
• Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum Master is preferred.
