Job summary

Capgemini Invent is seeking an IT Trainer to design and deliver engaging sessions, workshops, and materials for Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 transformations. You will partner with project teams and stakeholders to promote adoption and confidence across a global, multicultural audience.

The role combines training delivery with change management, offering real impact in a dynamic international environment and opportunities for growth within Capgemini Invent.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in training, learning & development, communications, HR, change management, or a similar people-focused role.
• Experience delivering presentations, workshops, or training sessions for business audiences.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Interest in change management and supporting organizational transformation initiatives.
• Professional fluency in English and at least one additional language (German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch/Flemish, Arabic).
• Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive) will be considered an advantage.
• Experience in Organizational Change Management or relevant certifications will be considered a plus.

Your Role

As an IT Trainer, you will play a key role in helping employees successfully adopt new digital solutions and ways of working. You will design and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and communication materials that support Microsoft 365 and Dynamics 365 transformation projects. Working closely with stakeholders, project teams, and end users, you will identify learning needs, promote user adoption, and ensure employees feel confident using new tools and technologies.
