Your role

You will partner with senior business and HR leaders to build critical capabilities, support large-scale AI-driven transformation, and foster a culture of continuous learning. You will leverage global learning solutions, influence strategic learning initiatives, optimize learning investments, and lead a team responsible for delivering measurable business outcomes through capability development.

Your tasks

• Define and execute a learning and capability-building strategy aligned to business priorities.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify and deliver critical workforce capabilities.
• Drive onboarding, upskilling, and reskilling initiatives across global teams.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale L&D, HR, or talent development.
• Strong business understanding of cloud, cyber, and infrastructure managed services.
• Experience designing and implementing technology upskilling programs at scale.

• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and change leadership capabilities.
• Data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
