Job summary

DXC Luxoft is seeking an IT end-user support specialist in Poland to join an international team. You will install workstations, resolve end-user issues, and support servers, AD, and conferencing needs across multiple offices.

You will troubleshoot Linux and macOS, provide Microsoft product support, and adapt to diverse hardware and software environments while traveling to other offices as required.

Qualifications

• Experience with end-user hardware (laptops, PCs, printers, IP phones, projectors) and troubleshooting.
• Foundational networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP(S), FTP, SSH; able to troubleshoot.
• Familiarity with SVN and common end-user applications.
• Practical experience using Linux operating systems.
• Advanced macOS troubleshooting skills.
• Experience supporting Microsoft products.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Capacity to adapt to various hardware and software environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills in end-user support contexts.

Responsibilities

• Install workstations for new employees.
• Resolve end-user issues both locally and remotely.
• Support local IT services, including file servers, print servers, and Active Directory.
• Provide IT support for local events such as teleconferences and meetings.
• Conduct business trips to other offices as needed.
• Operate and maintain service desk and version control.
• Prepare and maintain IT documentation.
• Communicate with suppliers regarding IT needs.
