Job summary

Flex in Poland is seeking an IT Systems Administrator based in Tczew to secure, monitor, and optimize our IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, applications, and data protection services.

You will manage access controls, ensure system reliability, and coordinate capacity planning while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure IT services in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS or related technical field.
• 2-5 years of IT System Administration experience.
• Good Polish and English language skills; eligible to work in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, systems, and business applications.
• Manage user access controls, permissions, and periodic access reviews.
• Ensure system availability, performance, security, and business continuity.
• Plan and coordinate infrastructure capacity, upgrades, and architectural changes.
• Support and coordinate IT-related projects and technical initiatives.
• Develop, maintain, and enforce IT security and operational procedures.
• Provide effective communication and support to system users and stakeholders.

We are looking for a new IT Systems Administrator employee to be based in Tczew, Poland.

Summary:

Primary Objective Ensure secure, reliable, and cost-effective IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, applications, and data protection services.

What a typical day looks like:

• Administer and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, systems, and business applications.
• Manage user access controls, permissions, and periodic access reviews.

The experience/qualification we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field
• 2-5 years experience in IT System Administration
• Good Polish & English language skills
• Eligibility to work in Poland
