Job summary

Flex is seeking an Applications and Database Specialist to be based in Tczew, Poland. The role ensures the reliability and continuous operation of ERP, MES, HR, and Financial systems, and participates in implementation and support of business applications.

You will administer SQL Server databases, create reports and dashboards, and document processes while collaborating with vendors, internal consultants, and Help Desk teams to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in IT, CS, or related field.
• Experience with IT business analysis and database administration.
• Knowledge of SQL, reporting, and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Ensure reliable operation of ERP, MES, HR, and Financial systems.
• Perform day-to-day administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with vendors, internal consultants, and Help Desk teams to ensure seamless system operations.
