ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S) invites an IT System Analyst to shape modern input management solutions within our IT landscape.

You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex requirements into high-quality IT solutions supporting one of Europe’s leading insurance groups. You will translate visions into tangible digital solutions, analyze processes for efficiency, and drive continuous improvement in a multi-time-zone environment, including occasional

Qualifications

Fluent in written and spoken English.
University degree in computer science, business informatics, engineering, or equivalent.
At least 3 years of experience in requirements engineering, business analysis, or system analysis in complex IT environments.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum and experience in agile product teams; proficient with Jira/Confluence.
Knowledge of requirements modeling (UML, BPMN); IREB certification is a plus.
Ability to work independently, prioritize, and collaborate across teams and time zones; travel occasional.
