Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in software development or related analyst role.
• Experience with IAM systems, preferably One Identity.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and end-to-end delivery.
• Ability to discuss and propose technical solutions for software delivery.
• Experience in preparing estimations with the development team.
• Knowledge of Scrum methodology.
• Experience in exploring and managing requirements in large corporate projects.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving to handle ambiguity.
• Proactive and comfortable engaging with senior decision makers.
• Team player with positive culture and collaboration skills.
• Proficient with team collaboration tools (Azure DevOps, Confluence).
• Nice to have: knowledge of German language; ITIL certification or willingness to pursue.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in delivering the project plan on time and budget.
• Communicate plan, status, risks, and issues to stakeholders clearly.
• Assist with business testing preparation and execution to meet business expectations.
• Identify dependencies and blockers impacting scope.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specs.
• Estimate with the Development Team.
• Elicit and validate requirements for Product and translate into backlog items.
• Ensure requirements issues are tracked and resolved promptly.
• Provide traceability of requirements and change requests.
• Monitor completeness and quality of business requirements.
• Create detailed outcomes of the business analysis process.
• Create product documentation for maintenance and support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to map current processes and gather requirements.
• Seek improvements and strive for excellence.

How you will get the job done

• supporting the Project Manager in delivering the project plan on time and on budget, following project methodologies
• communicating plan, status, risks, and issues to the stakeholders in a precise and timely manner
• assisting with business testing preparation and execution on project deliverables, ensuring the solution meets business expectations based upon approved project scope
• identifying dependencies and blockers impacting planned scope
• translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications
• working on estimations together with the whole Development Team
• eliciting and validating requirements for Product, translate them into relevant Product Backlog items and tasks
• ensuring requirements issues are tracked, reported, and resolved promptly
• providing traceability of requirements and subsequent change requests, tracking the delivery of those requirements by the project team
• monitoring completeness of business requirements, taking responsibility for requirement’s quality
• creating detailed outcomes of business analysis process, outlining problems and opportunities for Business stakeholders
• creating an appropriate level of product documentation (required for maintenance and support)
• working closely with multiple stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define current business processes as well as requirements
• seeking for improvements and excellence

Skills and experience you will need

• at least 5 years of experience in the software development domain as a Business Analyst or System Analyst or similar role
• experience in IAM Systems preferably One Identity
• understanding of software development lifecycle, proven experience in end-to-end software project delivery
• being able to discuss and propose solutions to technical aspects of software delivery
• experience in preparing estimations together with the Development Team
• knowledge or working experience of Scrum methodology
• experience in exploring and managing requirements in large corporate projects
• demonstrating analytical thinking and problem-solving approach which can deal with ambiguity
• being proactive and feeling comfortable when dealing with senior decision makers
• team player who values positive culture and have ability to collaborate in a positive and professional manner with team members and stakeholders
• strong communication/interpersonal skills combined with stakeholder management skills
• practical experience with team collaboration tools (Azure DevOps, Confluence)

Nice to have

• knowledge of the German language
• ITIL certification or willingness to pursue one
