Sii Poland is seeking an IT Support Specialist to assist users with applications, systems and hardware in a dynamic, international environment. The role involves remote support, AD/Entra ID management, Office 365, and device management with Intune and other tools.

The position requires at least 2 years of IT support experience, strong Polish with good English and German (B2), and willingness to work a three-shift schedule that includes nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of IT support experience, including internships and training.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, and Intune.
• Understanding of computer hardware and basic configuration elements.
• Willingness to work in a three-shift system, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Fluent Polish and residing in Poland required; advanced English and German (B2).

Responsibilities

• Provide IT user support for applications, systems and hardware.
• Remote support for users on apps, OS and devices.
• Manage user accounts in Active Directory/Entra ID.
• Support Office 365 and basic telephone system administration.
• Support mobile devices and endpoint tools (Intune, NinjaOne, ManageEngine).

Tasks

Requirements

• Interpersonal skills and good organization of one's own work
• Willingness to work in a three-shift system, including night hours, weekends, and holidays

• Advanced knowledge of English and German at least at B2 level
