Sii Poland is seeking an IT Support Specialist in Kraków to support users with applications, systems, and hardware in a dynamic, international environment. You will handle AD/Entra ID, Office 365, and device management, while collaborating with colleagues across shifts.

The role requires 2+ years in IT support, fluent Polish, strong English (and German at B2), and readiness for a three-shift schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of IT support experience (including internships and practical training).
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, and Intune technologies.
• Understanding of computer hardware and basic configuration elements.
• Interpersonal skills and good organization of one's own work.
• Willingness to work in a three-shift system, including night hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluent knowledge of Polish and residing in Poland is required.
• Advanced knowledge of English and German at least at B2 level.

Responsibilities
