Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join a dynamic, multilingual team in Szczecin. You will resolve issues across applications, systems, and hardware, while providing remote support and managing user accounts in Active Directory/Entra ID.

The role requires familiarity with Windows OS, Office 365, Intune, and endpoint management tools, plus the ability to work in a three-shift schedule that includes nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of IT support experience, including internships or practical training.
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, and Intune technologies.
• Understanding of computer hardware and basic configuration elements.
• Willingness to work in a three-shift system including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and good organization of own work.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT user support for issues related to applications, systems and hardware.
• Deliver remote support for users on applications, OS and hardware.
• Manage user accounts in Active Directory/Entra ID.
• Support Office 365 and basic telephone system administration.
• Assist with mobile devices and endpoint management tools (Intune, NinjaOne, ManageEngine).

Your tasks

• IT user support in resolving technical issues related to applications, systems, and computer hardware
• Remote support for users regarding applications, operating systems, and hardware
• Managing user accounts in Active Directory/Entra ID
• Office 365 support and basic telephone system administration
• Support for mobile devices (Android/iOS) and endpoint management tools (Intune, NinjaOne, ManageEngine)

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, including internships and practical training
• Knowledge of Windows OS, Office 365, Active Directory/Entra ID, and Intune technologies
• Understanding of computer hardware and basic configuration elements
• Interpersonal skills and good organization of one's own work
• Willingness to work in a three-shift system, including night hours, weekends, and holidays
• Fluent knowledge of Polish and residing in Poland is required
• Advanced knowledge of English and German at least at B2 level
