Sii Poland is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Lubień Kujawski to maintain workstations and mobile devices, resolve issues, and keep IT operations running smoothly.

You will work in an office setting, collaborating with colleagues to provide effective support and practical solutions. The role emphasizes Windows/AD proficiency, network basics, and user onboarding in Polish and English.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in IT support or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Windows.
• Experience configuring MS Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN and Wi‑Fi networks.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including communicativeness and openness.
• Advanced level of Polish and English.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues reported by users related to software, hardware, and networks for desktops, laptops, and servers.
• Prepare computer equipment and manage inventory of IT assets.
• Ensure that service level agreements are met and that tickets are updated in the ticketing system.
• Coordinate deliveries and orders for the client’s office.
• Maintain office infrastructure including conference rooms, printers, and server rooms.
• Conduct IT onboarding processes for new employees.
