Job summary

Lyten Poland is seeking an IT Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for IT needs at Europe’s largest BESS manufacturing facility. You’ll ensure employees across offices and production areas have reliable access to tools and technology, collaborating with Global IT and HR to support onboarding and Day-to-day operations.

You will manage the IT helpdesk, administer Microsoft 365, handle user accounts and licenses, coordinate hardware procurement, and maintain office tech including AV

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, Engineering, or related field.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Broad IT knowledge covering end-user computing, office tech, and productivity tools.
• Experience in IT helpdesk, desktop support, or end-user support.
• Experience administering Microsoft 365 users, licenses, and mailboxes.
• Experience supporting and managing office hardware (laptops, monitors, printers, conference room equipment).
• Understanding of IT service management concepts (incident, request, problem, change).
• Knowledge of service catalogs and SLAs, with continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT helpdesk tickets, incidents, and service requests.
• Administer Microsoft 365, user accounts, licenses, and mailboxes.
• Oversee office hardware like laptops, monitors, printers, and conference room equipment.
