Job summary

Callstack.io is seeking an IT Support Specialist in Wrocław to handle day-to-day technical support for employees across macOS, Windows and Linux. You will be the first point of contact for IT issues, manage tickets in Freshservice, and coordinate device provisioning and access management.

The role blends hands-on support with asset management and process improvement. You will work with external vendors and internal teams on infrastructure and security topics, ensuring smooth operation and user

Qualifications

• Minimum relevant experience in IT support, helpdesk or service desk.
• Proficiency with macOS, Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Hands-on experience troubleshooting hardware, software, accounts and connectivity.
• Knowledge of modern IAM concepts (MDM, MFA, SSO).
• Familiarity with ticketing systems; Freshservice is a plus.
• Experience with Google Workspace and common SaaS tools.
• Basic networking knowledge: Wi‑Fi, LAN, VPN, DNS.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; user‑oriented approach.
• Good command of English.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day IT support across macOS, Windows and Linux.
• Manage IT tickets in Freshservice; document solutions.
• Configure and maintain laptops, mobile devices, peripherals and conference room equipment.
• Support user accounts, access, MFA and permissions.
• Install and manage software and licenses; troubleshoot basic issues.
• Resolve Wi‑Fi, LAN and VPN problems or escalate as needed.
• Coordinate hardware repairs, warranties and vendor coordination.
• Maintain IT documentation and suggest process improvements and automation.
