Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in related IT roles.
• Proficient in Windows 7/10 user and administrator functionalities.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP and networking concepts (ICND1).
• Professional level PC hardware knowledge.
• Experience supporting Audio/Video equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform IT support activities to resolve issues timely.
• Install, diagnose, repair, and maintain hardware and software.
• Document hardware failures and software installations accurately.
• Administer current Anti-virus and SCCM implementations.
• Maintain IT inventory documentation in the Service Desk system.
