Job summary

Promise Group is seeking an IT Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support for Windows 10/11, MacOS, and mobile devices. You will troubleshoot Office 365, Teams, and other software, while managing printers and basic hardware repairs.

You will also help keep documentation and security policies up to date. The role requires hands-on experience with SCCM/Intune, AD/Entra, and Office 365 administration, plus a security-conscious approach for end users.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of SCCM and Intune.
• IT security topics for end users.
• Experience with user account administration in AD and Entra.
• Experience with Office 365 user account administration.
• Basic understanding of LAN (wired and wireless) and WAN networks, including 802.1X.
• Familiarity with Linux operating systems.
• Understanding of the Apple ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support for Windows 10/11 and MacOS systems.
