Job summary

S3 Connected Health is seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to engage with customers and stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable system requirements. You will manage backlogs, write user stories, and support delivery in an Agile setting.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in a customer-facing analyst role within large-scale enterprise systems, preferably in healthcare, with strong Polish and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in a customer-facing System Analyst role on large, highly scalable enterprise projects, ideally in healthcare.
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering or closely related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and strong verbal communication skills (Polish & English).

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers and project stakeholders, including global healthcare experts, to gather requirements and understand business needs.
• Elicit, analyze, and document requirements.
• Lead translation of business and user requirements into user stories and system requirements.
• Manage backlog and prioritize user stories to maximize value delivery.
• Collaborate with development team to ensure accurate delivery of business requirements.
• Support implementation of processes that increase productivity without unnecessary complexity.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to solve complex business and process challenges.
• Proactively solve issues within timelines, budgets, and resource constraints.
• Work in an Agile environment.

Senior Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Interaction with customers and various project stakeholders, including worldwide experts from the healthcare domain, to gather the requirements, understand business needs, and customer expectations
• Elicitation, analysis, and documentation of requirements
• Leading the translation of business and user requirements into user stories and system requirements
• Backlog management and prioritization of user stories accordingly to maximize value delivery
• Working with the development team to support and ensure accurate delivery of business requirements and customer needs
• Supporting the implementation of processes that increase productivity without introducing unnecessary complexity
• Communicating effectively with clients and team members, at all levels of the organization to solve complex business and process challenges, using written and verbal communications as well as visualizations
• Proactively solving issues within timelines, technology limitations, budgets, and resource constraints
• Working in an Agile environment

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience in a customer-facing System Analyst role in large, highly scalable enterprise system project, ideally in the Healthcare domain
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering or closely related discipline
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and strong verbal communication skills (Polish & English)
• Organization & business awareness, including customer focus and strong relationship building
• Ability to maintain attention to detail in high-pressure situations

Experience in any of the following areas is a distinct advantage:

• UML and BPML
• Defining medical systems
• Usability testing and customer acceptance testing
• Knowledge of IEC 62304, ISO13485, and FDA certification requirements
