In this position, you will be an integral part of the Global IT Service Desk team and provide essential IT support to Lundbeck employees and external consultants worldwide. You will handle reported IT service requests and incidents, ensuring the swift restoration of normal service with minimal disruption to our business operations. You will also participate in different IT projects.
The Global IT Service Desk operates 24/5 from Monday to Friday, and the position requires working in a rotating three-shift system, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
This role is offered on a temporary basis for 6 months. Depending on business needs and future vacancies, the successful candidate may be considered for other opportunities within IT Service Desk following the assignment. Any such opportunity is subject to availability and is not guaranteed.

Professional Experience: Minimum of 1 years, particularly in end-user support within an international Service Desk.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Windows 10, Active Directory, SharePoint, Office 365, and ITSM Systems.
Language Proficiency: C1 level in English
Soft Skills: Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, a positive attitude, and the capacity to thrive in a multinational team.
You are known for your technical understanding and your eagerness to learn.
You work efficiently under pressure and maintain a positive demeanor even in challenging situations.

Annual base salary range: 81 500 - 112 090PLN gross.
