Job summary

Volvo Group Poland is seeking a dedicated administrator to support the People Growth process using Cornerstone on Demand globally. The role focuses on first-line support, close collaboration with People & Culture partners, and translating business needs into product backlogs for the product team.

The position emphasizes testing new releases, engaging with vendors, and contributing to global HR data and reporting initiatives. Office-based with global collaboration opportunities.

Qualifications

• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; teamwork and independence.
• Familiarity with Cornerstone on Demand is a plus.
• A proactive attitude to investigate technical queries and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for People Growth processes and Cornerstone on Demand globally.
• Collaborate with local People & Culture Partners and line managers to support People Growth and liaise with vendor/product teams.
• Analyze processes to identify improvements and assist in testing releases, upgrades, or patches.
• Support Product Team by translating business needs into backlogs, user stories, and requirements documents.
• Participate in planning campaigns and generating reports based on sensitive data.

In the Global Center inside People Services, we are responsible for the smooth execution of the Performance and Touchpoint processes within Volvo Group employees which is based on high-quality dialogues between people that build engagement and improve both team and individual performance and help them with their development. For those processes we use, support and configure a cloud-based online platform, in keeping with business requirements in different countries, as well as provide tool technical support for end users (People&Culture Partner, Managers and employees).

[Note: considering the ongoing holiday period, the process itself will commence properly from 07.09 onwards]

We work as administrators of HR software as well as the administration of personnel data for our colleagues globally.

What You Will Do

• Your main mission will be to support People Growth process and the Cornerstone on Demand based digital solution globally and act as first-line support.
• You will work very closely with local People & Culture Partners and line managers to support in all areas of People Growth as well as have contacs with vendor and product team.
• You will need to cast a wide view over the whole process and suggest improvements where possible and valuable.
• You will assist in the testing of new releases, upgrades, or patches.
• You will be supporting the Product Team in translating clients' business needs into product backlogs, user stories, detailed business requirements documents, and use cases.
• You will participate in planning and organizing the campaigns related to processes.
• You will analyze sensitive data and build reports on demand considering approval path.
• You might be responsible for conducting training for some groups.

• Provides agility, quality assurance, and delivery is a key driver for you.
• Is familiar with Cornerstone on Demand (it’s a plus).
• Likes to dig into technical queries.
