Job summary

Volvo Group Poland is seeking an HR systems professional to join the People Platforms team, focusing on SuccessFactors Employee Central and related modules. You will collaborate with global stakeholders to optimize HR processes and reporting, using Excel for data analysis and ensuring data integrity across systems.

One of them consists of professionals being a part of SuccessFactors product team - here is the place waiting for you. You will join the stable team taking care of SuccessFactors’ solution. There is a great opportunity to join the group working on Employee Central, Compensation, Reporting modules and also our digital adoption platform – WalkMe.

• Very good knowledge about the SuccessFactors Employee Central module
• Good understanding of the connections between SuccessFactors modules
• Good understanding of end to end HR processes and environment
• Know how to make the best use of Excel

• High level of energy
• Strong desire to learn

Nice to have

• Experience with the implementation of any HR solutions
• Experience in SAP HR solution
• Experience in global communication with stakeholders
• Experience with agile ways of working / scrum methodology
• Good knowledge in modules other than Employee Central
• Certification in Employee Central module
