Job summary

Volvo Group in Wroclaw, Poland is seeking an HR Administration Specialist to join Swedish Operations in Global Center Poland. You will help deliver reliable HR services and support employees and managers in Sweden in an international environment.

The role focuses on day-to-day HR administration, SAP SuccessFactors, onboarding and payroll support, and continuous improvement of processes. A structured, service-oriented mindset and strong English skills are essential, with Swedish language skills

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR administration, personnel administration, payroll support, or a similar role.
  • Good working knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • A practical, structured, and service-oriented approach.
  • Comfort with HR systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work across countries and teams.
  • Swedish language skills are welcome.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day HR administration for employees in Sweden.
  • Maintain accurate employee data and documentation in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Prepare employment contracts, amendments, and other HR documents.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding administration.

  • Prepare HR reports and support data-quality activities.
  • Help make processes simpler, more consistent, and increasingly digital.
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual work and improve the employee experience.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day HR administration for employees in Sweden.
  • Maintain accurate employee data and documentation in SAP SuccessFactors.
