Job summary

Volvo Polska, Global Competence Center Finance, is offering a paid Internship Program in the Order to Cash team in Wroclaw. You will acquire basic accounting skills and perform administrative tasks within receivables.

The program includes mentoring and hands-on work with finance systems. We seek students who know English and French, are proficient in MS Office (Excel in particular), and can commit to 5 days a week for about 8 hours.

Qualifications

• Student currently pursuing studies in accounting or finance.
• Strong MS Excel and MS Office skills.
• Fluent in English and French, able to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative and basic accounting tasks in receivables.
• Handle mail and customer contacts; assist with invoice processing.
• Learn the finance systems used in the Order to Cash workflow.
• Get to know Volvo Group structures and internal controls.

• you are student
• you are interested in gaining experience in the field of accounting
• you know English and French at a level that allows you to communicate freely, or your French is dusty and you would like to refresh it
• you are comfortable using the MS Office package (especially Excel has no secrets for you)
• you are available 5 days a week for about 8 hours a day
• you are committed and focused on achieving the set goals

• performing administrative and accounting work (mail handling, customer contact, sending copies ofinvoices)
• getting acquainted with the systems and programs used in work in the receivables department

• getting acquainted with the modern organization of Financial Control & Accounting structures
