Job summary

Headcount Solutions Sp. z o.o. seeks a Technical Services/Service Delivery leader to shape IT strategy and drive service delivery across global teams. The role blends architecture with operations and requires strong coupling of business and technical insight.

You will manage projects, set policies, coordinate vendors, and act as a technical contact on critical initiatives while ensuring reliable IT services and scalable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• BSc in IT or related field required.
• 5+ years in an IT managerial/leadership role.
• Strong technical knowledge across IT infra and services.
• Experience serving as a technical contact on projects; capable of PM.
• Experience creating and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Service Delivery expertise.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in Technical Services/Service Delivery, including architecture input.
• Engage multi-disciplinary teams to deliver change and results.
• Help shape IT roadmaps and IT Strategy.
• Manage service delivery and IT operations to meet business needs.
