You will manage service performance, drive future demand, and negotiate contracts while coordinating on-site visits, primarily in Belgium.

Fluency in English and 2–3 years IT service delivery experience are essential; travel readiness is expected.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in IT Service Delivery or Account Management.
• Fluency in English essential for client engagement.
• Willingness to travel for regular on-site visits, mainly in Belgium.
• Public sector or governmental experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Service Delivery Management to ensure efficient, cost-effective consultancy delivery, meeting/exceeding client expectations.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through on-site visits and proactive listening.
• Support recruitment by understanding project specifics to match talent.
• Analyze client and internal processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitor KPIs, deadlines, and procedures; provide detailed management reports.
• Negotiate contracts and expand the service portfolio to drive revenue growth.
