Job summary

Miratech is a global IT services and consulting firm seeking an IT Researcher to join the Global Recruitment Team. You will actively search for qualified candidates through multiple channels, screen CVs, and engage with potential hires while supporting hiring decisions with market analysis and reports.

The role emphasizes data-driven sourcing strategies, collaboration with recruiters and managers, and a flexible, remote-friendly work environment within a dynamic tech-driven company.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a recruitment agency, IT company in a junior/assistant/researcher role.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher (flexible schedule for students).
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Flexibility, resilience, and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to process, interpret, and present data.
• Creativity and “out-of-the-box” thinking to identify new sourcing strategies and attract top talent.

Responsibilities

• Actively search for qualified candidates according to vacancy requirements using multiple channels: LinkedIn, professional communities, forums, internal database, job boards, and social networks.
• Conduct CV screening, manage candidate profiles in SmartRecruiters, and keep all information up to date.
• Initiate contact with potential candidates (including “cold” outreach) and build initial engagement.
• Conduct market analysis, research, and prepare reports and presentations to support hiring decisions.
• Maintain, structure, and expand internal recruitment databases and related reports.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and other departments to ensure smooth hiring processes.
• Perform other duties as may be required consistent with the purpose of this role.
