Job summary

Miratech in Kraków is seeking an IT Researcher to join our Global Recruitment Team. You’ll help build strong tech teams with hiring across 25+ countries, researching and engaging IT talent, and developing candidate pipelines.

The role focuses on market analysis, sourcing via LinkedIn and networks, CV screening, and collaboration with recruiters to support hiring decisions. A bachelor’s degree and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a recruitment agency or IT company in a junior/researcher role.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher; flexible schedule for students.

Responsibilities

• Actively search for qualified candidates through LinkedIn, professional communities, forums, internal database, job boards and social networks.
• Screen CVs, manage candidate profiles in SmartRecruiters, and keep information up to date.
• Initiate contact with potential candidates and build initial engagement.
• Conduct market analysis, research, and prepare reports and presentations to support hiring decisions.
• Maintain and expand internal recruitment databases and related reports.
• Collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers and other departments to ensure smooth hiring processes.
• Perform other duties as may be required.
