Job summary

Infinite Services is seeking an IT Recruiter with a Data focus to join our global projects. You’ll source, attract and hire data engineers, data analysts and BI specialists while collaborating with hiring managers across international teams.

You’ll manage end-to-end recruitment, showcase your strong sourcing skills, and contribute to a candidate-centric hiring process in a flexible remote-friendly setting. Polish language is required, English is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of IT recruitment experience, preferably with data-domain exposure.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong sourcing and passive candidate engagement skills.
• Good command of Polish and very good English.
• Solid understanding of IT talent market and tech roles (SQL, Python, BI, Data Eng).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT positions, with a primary focus on Data-related roles.
• Source and attract candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean search, and other recruitment tools.
• Recruit for positions such as Data Engineers, Data Analysts, Data Scientists, BI Developers, and Analytics Engineers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and define recruitment strategies.
• Conduct initial screening interviews and assess candidates' experience against role requirements.
• Monitor IT market trends and stay up to date with developments in the Data ecosystem.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years of experience in IT recruitment, ideally with exposure to Data-related roles.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong sourcing skills and the ability to engage passive candidates.
• A basic understanding of Data-related technologies and roles, such as SQL, Python, ETL/ELT, Business Intelligence, and Data Engineering.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Polish - a prerequisite.
• Very good command of English.
