Madiff in Warsaw is seeking an IT Recruiter to connect top tech talent with exciting opportunities across Poland, Portugal, France, and the UK. The role emphasizes end-to-end recruitment for IT & tech consulting roles and active sourcing of candidates on LinkedIn, GitHub, and beyond.

You will conduct interviews, assess technical and soft skills, and collaborate with hiring managers and sales teams to define hiring needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years IT recruitment experience.
• Knowledge of technologies (Java, .NET, Python, DevOps).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT & tech consulting roles.
• Source and headhunt top candidates (LinkedIn, GitHub, and beyond).
• Conduct interviews and assess both technical and soft skills.
• Partner with hiring managers and sales teams to define hiring needs.
