Fusion Consulting is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead TSA carve-out and IT separation efforts in a pharma transformation program. The role focuses on managing separation of applications, data, and infrastructure while ensuring business continuity.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, external vendors, and system integrators to deliver on time and within budget, with a strong emphasis on governance and risk mitigation. English fluency is required.

Qualifications

• Extensive IT project management experience for large-scale transformations.
• Experience with TSA carve-outs, IT separation, or M&A programs.
• Fluent English communication across technical and business teams.
• Based in Europe with legal right to work in home country.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT carve-out and TSA exit projects.
• Coordinate separation of applications, infrastructure and data.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, risks and dependencies.
• Collaborate with IT, business functions, vendors and integration teams.
• Ensure readiness for transition before TSA expiration and go-live.
• Drive migration and cutover activities with minimal business disruption.
• Facilitate governance meetings and status reporting.
• Manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
