Job summary

Flex seeks an IT Project Manager to join our team in Tczew, Poland. You will lead and deliver IT/IS projects across sites, ensuring alignment with business goals, architecture standards, budget, timeline, and quality requirements.

Responsibilities include managing the full project lifecycle, applying Agile methods, engaging stakeholders, defining IT solution architectures, and driving continuous improvement with enterprise roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Project management, preferably in IT domain.
• Good Polish & English language skills.
• Eligibility to work in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver IT projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, timeline, and quality objectives.
• Develop project strategies and oversee complex, business-critical initiatives and project portfolios.
• Engage stakeholders and maintain effective collaboration with business leaders, technical teams, and external partners.
• Define and govern IT solution architectures aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Manage the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, implementation, and operational handover.
• Apply Agile and project management methodologies, proactively managing risks, resources, and project performance.
• Establish KPIs, monitor outcomes, and ensure realization of business value.
• Contribute to enterprise architecture and technology roadmaps while driving continuous improvement and adoption of emerging technologies.
