Job summary

Serco is hiring an IT Project Manager for SharePoint, Power Platform and ServiceNow to support an international organisation in Warsaw, Poland and across Europe. You will lead ICT projects through their full lifecycle, coordinating with stakeholders and applying Agile practices to ensure timely, quality deliverables.

Candidate profiles require 5+ years in ICT, 3+ years in similar roles, and proficiency in English (C1).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Minimum 5 years of total work experience in ICT projects.
• At least 3 years in a similar project/role.
• English proficiency at C1 level; CEFR certification preferred.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and ServiceNow SPM Agile boards.

Responsibilities

• Manage ICT projects through full lifecycle within scope and budget.
• Establish project controls to meet milestones and goals.
• Assure quality of project deliverables and reports.

We are hiring an IT Project Manager – SharePoint, Power Platform & ServiceNow for an international organisation in Warsaw, Poland and various locations around Europe.

Roles and responsibilities:

• Manages effectively and efficiently the project within its complete lifecycle and scope
• Establishes and manages project controls in order to ensure that the milestones are met and project products delivered on time and within scope and the business goals are enabled
• Assures and controls quality of the project deliverables
• Identifies, tracks, monitors and communicates project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that may arise during the implementation of the project
• Liaise with Project Board and other key stakeholders
• Assigns and controls the tasks, authorizes work packages, balance priorities and workload in the team, motivates project team members
• Plans and controls project products delivery processes
• Manages effective communication within the project and with external environment of the project
• Produces project management products (like plans, logs, schedules). Defines the responsibilities of parties involved in the project
• Prepares and presents oral and written technical reports and project presentations
• Organizes and conducts project meetings

Knowledge and skills

• Experience in leading at least 1 medium-large ICT project as a project manager
• Knowledge and experience in applying of project management methodologies and methods
• Knowledge and experience in applying Agile methodologies
• Possesses a thorough understanding of IT and its application to business needs
• Is conversant with current technologies and trends relevant to the project and the relevant Specific Contracts
• Presents excellent communication skills, including the ability to produce high quality written material and presentations for a variety of audiences
• Aligns his work easily to the changing environment, is able to work effectively in a variety of situations, seeks improvements and proactively looks to further improvements
• Presents strong problem-solving skills
• Displays strong leadership
• Possesses the ability to work effectively with colleagues, managers and suppliers

Specific Expertise:

• Experienced in managing Team work with Azure DevOps (and or Service Now SPM Agile boards)
• Client oriented and experienced in Business Stakeholders management
• Experienced in management of the projects using Microsoft technologies: SharePoint 2019, SharePoint Subscription Edition, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse.
• Experienced in management of the projects using Service Now technologies: custom applications and standard Service Now modules: Enterprise Assets
• Management, Strategic Porfolio Management, Customer Service Management (in on-prem and cloud set-up)
• Good knowledge of Cyber Security requirements, personal data privacy related functional and security requirements

Candidate Profile:

• Master’s Degree or higher
• Minimum of 5 years of total work experience
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role/project
• Ability to understand, speak and write English (C1)
• Candidates will need to provide an English certification (C1)
• in the absence of one, candidates will be required to take a free online test, but will provide candidates a CEFR certification
• Remuneration :
• Freelancer daily rate range: 250 - 300 EUR/day

Required Certificates:

At least 1 certification among:

• PRINCE2 Practitioner or Project Management Professional (PMP)
• PM2 Agile
• or an equivalent certification recognized internationally (subject to acceptance as a valid credential by the Contracting Authority)
