Job summary

Serco is seeking a SharePoint Platform Engineer for an international organisation in Warsaw, Poland, with responsibilities spanning build, deployment, and environment management across Europe. The role requires proven experience in SharePoint, deployment and release processes, and a strong ability to work within multinational teams.

Ideal candidates hold a ICT-related degree, at least 8 years of total experience, and English proficiency at B2 level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or higher; ICT relevant degree mandatory.
• Minimum of 8 years total work experience; at least 3 years in a similar role/project.
• English proficiency at B2 level; CEFR certificate or test if needed.
• Ability to participate in multilingual meetings; work in an international/multicultural environment.
• Knowledge of software deployment and release management; familiarity with AGILE/RUP methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Support ICT team in application build, integration and deployment - backend and client.
• Support ICT team in system environment management and configuration.
• Support project team in system tests.
• Monitor and analyse functioning of system daily.
• Monitor system performance and health.
• Report and coordinate technical issues related to system environments.
• Coordinate with system vendor/contractor regarding all technical issues on behalf of Frontex ICT.
• Assist ICT staff and project teams in deployment of development environment.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support ICT team in application build, integration and deployment - both backend and client
• Support ICT team in system environment management and configuration
• Support project team in system tests

Candidate Profile
