Job summary

People More is seeking a Kubernetes Platform Engineering Lead for Kraków. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of the Kubernetes platform, driving automation, APIs and tooling for infrastructure and platform services while improving reliability and performance.

You will lead a local team of about 5 engineers and coordinate with the Global Engineering Team Lead, contributing to platform architecture, capacity planning and cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes in production environments.
• Strong knowledge of Linux, containers and Kubernetes infrastructure.
• Experience with Kubernetes-native technologies such as Istio, Cilium and CSI solutions.
• Experience building infrastructure automation, APIs and CI/CD pipelines.
• Scripting/programming experience with Bash and Python or Golang.
• Experience with Jenkins and Ansible / Ansible Automation Platform (AAP).
• Experience with observability tools such as Splunk and Datadog.
• Experience with infrastructure lifecycle management and GitHub-based development workflows.
• Experience leading or coordinating an engineering/platform team.
• Very good English and Polish
• Ability to work from the Kraków office 2-3 days per week

• Participate in infrastructure changes outside standard business hours when required.

Your duties will include:
