Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee multiple software and SaaS engagements from Poland, aligning with UK hours per project. You will coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring scope, timelines and budgets are managed proactively.

Required are 5+ years in software/consulting, 1+ year PM experience, and strong organization with German and English fluency. Knowledge of SailPoint and cloud platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute project management duties for small or low PM touch customer engagements
• Manage project stakeholders and customer expectations, ensuring concerns, risks, and requirements are anticipated, documented, and resolved
• Create and update comprehensive project documentation (plans, status, budgets, risks) in appropriate repositories
• Assist engagement managers with maintaining project scope and change orders as applicable
• Provide accurate updates on project progress to customers and SailPoint management

Overview of the position:

Responsibilities:

• Execute project management duties for small or low PM touch customer engagements
• Manage project stakeholders and customer expectations, ensuring customer concerns, risks, and requirements are anticipated, documented, and resolved proactively
• Create and consistently update comprehensive project documentation (project plans, weekly status and budget reports, and risks and issues logs) in appropriate repositories
• Assist engagement managers with maintaining project scope and address any change order needs promptly, as applicable
• Provide accurate updates on project progress to customers and SailPoint management

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional work experience as part of a Software, SaaS, or consulting company, including 1+ years of formal project manager experience
• Excellent organization and communication skills in German and English
• Experience working with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
• Experience with essential project management duties (project planning, managing budgets, monitoring project scope, owning stakeholder communication, and risk management)
• Experience managing projects across multiple teams and geographies to ensure projects are delivered to specification, on-time, and within budget

Preferred

• Experience with at least one of the following : SpringBoot, SpringMVC, Directories (LDAP, AD), SailPoint( ISC), Cloud Infrastructure-as-a-Service platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Familiarity with SailPoint identity governance products or vendors such as Microsoft, Sun, Oracle, IBM, or Novell a plus
• Experience with project management duties (project planning, resource management, scope, schedule and status, documentation)

• Project Management Professional (PMP) a plus, or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
